Position OverviewJob Summary: Responsible for managing the timely and accurate application of customer and vendor payments. Also researches and resolves issues related to payment transactions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Verifies and reconciles daily deposits.
• Performs research on accounts as needed.
• Posts and reconciles payment corrections after ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Records customer and vendor payments into the Company’s ERP systems.
• Reconciles cash drawers daily.
• Researches unidentified checks in the GL.
• Prepare JEs for non-customer cash deposits.
• Receive invoices, verify accuracy of information throughout our different systems.
• Enter invoices into Accounts Payable systems.
• Approve payment batches.
• Maintain and file all appropriate documentation.
• Reconcile Vendor Statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree (bachelors preferred)
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Proficient in 10 key by touch
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with basic Excel skills
